Five Loaves Two Fish II: Wood, Steel, & Song is the 2nd full-length music album by Caleb Sturgis a musician based in Katy, Texas. This album comes out following the first one in 2014. The album has 13 songs, 10 of which are gospel songs, and 3 which are folk songs.
Caleb has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for recording, mixing, mastering, CD manufacture and distribution. The campaign targets to raise $10,000 within 30 days.
What is the progress so far?
After launching the first album at the end of 2014, Caleb started working on the second one shortly after. He has already composed and done the music tracking for all the 13 songs on the album. The songs that have been notated and are waiting for recording include:

Caleb has written all the songs himself except the scripture texts. I've Got Peace Like a River is also a cover of the original song.
What is in it?
The album has hymns, psalms and spiritual songs. There are praises to God as well as songs meant for fellow Christian men and women. This is a Christian music album that promises to have a refreshing message for the believers.
What genre is the music?
The album is a blend of classical, folk and rock music. Caleb is an accomplished wood and string instruments player, so there is a heavy bias for the guitar and piano sounds. Other accompaniments that give flavor to the music include the cello, violin, double bass, egg shakers, and ukulele. There is no electronic music in this album. The sound is intended to be natural timbre just as if Caleb was performing in your living room.
Who is Caleb Lee Sturgis?
Caleb is a 28-year-old musician who has been making music since he was 14 years old. He is a piano performer and teacher. He lives in Katy, Texas with his wife Jing and son Leo.
