Maggie was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about every piano we looked at. I looked at all the manufacturers and played a piano from each before making a decision. She knew more about the manufacturers and the pianos than anyone I've ever talked to. She is truly a piano expert and we love the Broadmann piano we ended up purchasing from her. The purchasing process was also efficient and very easy. If I ever need another piano, we will use Maggie!!
