Maggie told me she actually visited the piano factories in China and also attends the music trade shows. I felt very comfortable with Maggie's guidance and her suggestions about what piano would provide our family the best value. We purchased a beautiful Ritmuller upright and are very happy with our new piano and the expert knowledge we received from Maggie!
